Free set of prints for all participants.
Bring clothing that is most flattering to your physique, eg. gym gear, swimsuit, sundress.
There will be four main poses (see below) then prepare some of your own or ask the photographer for suggestions.
You can use props if you like, eg. dumbell, racquet, ball, javelin.
Single bicep flex
Double bicep flex
Face shot
Full body shot
Then whatever shots you like
