VALKYRIE OF THE MONTH ENTRY RELEASE

I, _____________________ (model's name), hereby agree to enter the Valkyrie
of the Month Fitness and Physique Modeling Contest hosted by Diana the
Valkyrie (http://www.thevalkyrie.com).  I understand that the winners of
this contest will receive a subsequent contract for a total of $1,500 for a
series of three half-day shoots in the New York City area and understanding
this to be consideration in full for my work and time as a model, I hereby
release the rights to the audio and visual materials recorded during
today's tryout to Michael Eckstut (photographer) and to Diana the Valkyrie.

I understand that the material will be published on the web along with my
name and some biographical information (see contestant information sheet);
and I understand that entry in the contest does not guarentee either winning
nor additional compensation in the future.

I hereby certify that I have read this release in full and that I understand
its contents.  I also hereby certify that I have reached the age of consent
(18) and that, as such, I am able to consent to this agreement.
