Sometime in March 1999, Steve Palmer from Union Graphics asked me if I would be interested in an idea which he had been tossing around for some time with artist Paul Forrest.  At that time, my monthly online tit-mag—Research and Development, more commonly known as R & D—had published just a couple of Union Graphics’ cartoons as well as a number of their computer-aided images.  The new idea turned out to be a number of years old: a comic-strip adventure series featuring a remarkable young lady, Megga Glannz, the owner of the Biggest Boobs in Tittie City.  It had originally been planned as a comic book, but the lads couldn’t quite seem to generate enough inspired ideas to get the show on the road.

So Megga began her monthly appearances in R & D, her creators hoping that readers would be able to offer their own suggestions for her misadventures.  As you’d expect, Megga found instant popularity.  She’s that kind of girl; to know her is to want to offer her a helping hand with whatever she’s doing.  Not that one hand would be enough.  Even in Tittie City, life is no bed of roses for a girl with a 175-22-37 figure, and Megga spends a vast amount of time and effort seeking a suitable job which will give her an outlet for her overflowing talents.

The months have slipped by, the way they do when you’re enjoying yourself, and there are now enough Megga cartoons to grant the wishes of her fans who have demanded a book of her exploits.  And here it is.
