In the first match, Paloma gets Xana down on the mat in a body to body and quickly moves up to a schoolgirl pin in about 15 seconds. Looks like this will be a total route but Xana does get Paloma down on the mat. This is not appreciated and Paloma starts laying it on. Lots of schoolgirl pinning, but Xana never backs down. She even manages to get Paloma on the mat again. But the rough schoolgirl pins keep coming. Paloma throws in some scissors and face rubbing as well. Evidently Paloma got bored, cause she started different face sitting routines, including an interesting one where she lays top of Xana with her back. This routine saps Xana.

If you like dominating action where the victim keeps trying then just collapses, this is a very good one. The match chemistry between the women is a good mix.

The second match (Tina v Xana) starts in bikinis. Tina gets a schoolgirl pin on quite quickly and verbally berates Xana. Xana comes back and gives a struggle but Tina exerts control. A facesit with some grinding has Xana out again. She is a trooper though and gets Tina on the mat, giving her a dose of her won medicine. So we actually have a competitive match on. Tina goes into her more serious mood and they tussle for control on the mat. Eventually one gets it and face sitting ensues. The tops come off and Tina dominates the action for a while with face sitting and a little body smashing. Give Xana credit, she comes back a little sneakily and manages to get Tina down. The battle continues with some good action going both ways. We even see a bit of breast squeezing. Another facesit ensues and the one on top puts on some nipple twisting. The bottom one than gets stripped and we get some camera angles of her body in length. A little crotch abuse and the domination is well under way. One of them gets a little excited and the dominant one takes off her bottoms to face sit with no obstruction.

The match is over and now it is just watching to see how punishment is going to be handled out via different facesitting , pinching and slapping around. The winner than demands the loser pay the ultimate price and give her a bit of oral action.

The action part of the match was pretty good , the domination part was very good. For the ending sex part, if you like to see this without soft caressing or any foreplay then you will like this.

This is APL's first boxing-only tape. I give her an A for effort and a B- for execution. Her heart is definitely in the right place. The tape consists of three matches in a round robin style - Ana, Marketa and Klaudia. All in a room on mats - no ring. On the plus side all fights are topless and the ladies are attractive. Punches are not pulled and all are aggressive. Though none of the girls is very experienced, none seems to be clueless. They try hard and give a good effort. No slap and giggle here. The downside is the overall problem with body-only punching matches. In a desire to avoid getting punched in a sensitive area, who can blame them for that?, the fighters adopt a hunched-over style. The long of it is that they spend most of their time trying to lunge forward and hit that small part of the lower belly that isn't covered up. With no need to worry about getting hit in the head there's no reason for anyone to stand up to defend it. With such a match and defensive posture there's no possibility of a knockdown or KO. Robin and Femmes Fatales manage to have great body-punching only matches because she and her friends, though they don't go to the head, use a standup style as if heads could be hit. Ana, who has worked with Robin, should look at some of her tapes. One last thing, the judge is wrong and Ana won both of her fights against the younger girls. Overall, if you've got the spare change, I think APL 64 is worth the price - at the least it would encourage Ana to produce more boxing tapes.

The devotees who consider Ms Ana of APL Portugal to be among the best fighters today will welcome this video of offbeat wrestling, a genre Ms Ana cleverly uses as a ploy to lure face-sitting aficionados into her camp. We respect the lady not only as one of the top tier of women wrestlers toiling today, but also as one who is not unmindful of the sexuality that is the powerful undercurrent of female combat. Aware she may be, but her approach to the sexuality is that of a coquette, she likes to tease the viewer and she is very good at it.

This video reflects her skill at blending mode of attire and combative theme into an erotic mosaic. In the first 2 of 4 fights Ms Ana (37, 5' 6" 143) wears a see-through body suit that reveals her breasts but conceals the genitals. She is not that audacious--yet. Her opponents, Ms Sandy (33, 5' 4" 129) and Ms Klaudia (28, 5' 5" 129) have narrow drapes that cover their copious mammary but do little to keep their boobs from plopping into view with each bodily movement. The final two bouts, pitting Ana against youngsters Ms Veronica (20, 5' 5" 132) and Ms Paula (18, 5' 3" 129), are topless.

While the fights are billed as smother matches, there is considerable wrestling as preludes to the smother attempts. Ana, in particular, uses body scissors and arm bars to make her foes more pliable to the follow-on smother. The curtain-raiser, with Ana squaring off against Californian Sandy, is the video's highlight. Sandy jumps to an early lead with a breast smother, but Ana quickly evens matters with a crotch smother. A face sit puts Sandy in the lead again but Ana follows suit with a reverse variation to even the score. Sandy again forges ahead with a leg bend and breast smother combo, but Ana doggedly pulls even with a double hand smother. The women split the next two decisions before Sandy cops the clincher with a hand smother. We are indebted to Ms Ana for giving Sandy the opportunity to demonstrate her real wrestling skills, which will come as a pleasant surprise to those who have seen her in Double Trouble's deplorable fiasco's. In the second match, Klaudia, veteran European grappler, puts up strong resistance before succumbing 3-2. Veronica triumphs 3-2 in what strikes us as an improbable result, and Paula, despite her youth, aggressively carries the fight to Ana before succumbing 3-2.

The 4 fights appear to be genuinely competitive. Still, there are occasional lapses that suggest otherwise. At one point, Ana has Sandy in a fireman's carry and twirls her around. Instead of body slamming Sandy to the mat, Ana deposits her as gently as a mother with her newborn. Later, Sandy is astride Ana's back and reaches for her right arm to put it in a hammer. Ana obligingly moves her left arm next to its companion as if to remind Sandy a double hammer is easily available and more picturesque.

One delightful element usually present in APL videos are the carefully plotted bits of meanness. Such as when, after Veronica submits, Ana puts her in a body scissors and then piles on top of her. Or when Ana sneaks up on a resting Sandy between falls and clamps a choke on her from behind.

The cinematography is a vast improvement over earlier APL's we have seen, but the intimate close-ups are still rare as compared to someone like DWW. The lighting, provided by ordinary room lamps, is very poor, and combatants are sometimes left in the dark. As usual, .APL is excellent on the user-friendly elements, identifying all fighters, giving their stats plus clothing attire, and providing the final score of each match.

On the Taylor Rating Scale of 1(poor) to 10(excellent): Genuine combat 7; Knowledge of holds 9; Sexual aura 8; Cinematography 6; Lighting 3; Economic value 10 (at 66c/min, very, very competitive); Overall production 8. Total 7.3

Below are my general impressions of APL video 70. I'm working from memory; I may be short of specifics.

First, a note about service. As usual, APL's service is impeccable. She accepts payment in foreign currencies (such as Canadian) and the delivery time is excellent. While the respective post offices of Canada and Portugal must take some of the credit, a total of two weeks elapsed from the time I sent APL the money until I received the videos.

APL 70 features three matches between Ana Paula Leal and Paloma. Leal is the owner of APL and a top-ranked judoka. Paloma is a very attractive bodybuilder with good wrestling ability. Ana is topless in all three matches; Paloma wears a variety of costumes. The matches are an interesting clash of styles - Leal's skill and technique versus Paloma's strength.

The first match is a competitive match (WARNING: RESULTS FOLLOW). Paloma is the aggressor throughout much of the match, and one of the women wins a tapout with a body scissors / choke. The match is very entertaining, and Paloma certainly does better than most bodybuilders would against a legit judoka.

The second match is a strangle match. Again, this is a very entertaining match, with Paloma holding her own against Ana.

The third match is a facesit challenge. Paloma's strength overwhelms Ana, who is subjected to two gruelling and humiliating facesits. As an added bonus, Paloma grabs Ana's breast in one of the falls.

In summary, I thoroughly enjoyed this video. APL is my vendor of choice - they do not disappoint. I hope enough fans support APL by buying their videos; perhaps Ana and Weilin can be persuaded to come to North America to fight the best we have to offer. I think that Ana and Weilin versus Helen and Josephine of Virago could be our sport's Supermatches.

Kristie (33, 163lb 5’4") is back! Three years after conquering the Portuguese men who saw her in her going for a stroll along the Tagus river embankment, including mine, plus those who watched her in powerful matches against Ana (APL 17 & 19) and the giantess Andrea (APL 18), Kristie is bigger, but her breasts are as natural and firm as before. (She even uses them as weapons to beat at her opponents’ faces!) Her spirit is wild and sweet as before. It shows, during this long, tough session, especially during the harsh grapevine pin, and the legs and feet strangle submission sessions.

Ana (37, 139lb 5’6") is still the champ, and she was prepared to face one of the best looking gals in the business. Ana is keeping her nice shape and weight of their first encounter, but adopts a new visual and sexier outfits than before. With this challenge for a 100 minutes woman-to-woman duel in 4 competitive matches (the tape is edited so you do not get the short breaks in between), Ana is trying to prove her strength and technique are still as good as her figure.

The mood for the grapevine session is both playful, and very tough, with six holds applied in combination with nasty smothers or face-sits, plus some mutual verbal assaults, concludes with a pin that lasts 37 seconds (22 more than the count) because the last winner wished to pay back previous abuse received. Ten second arm fighting follows, before they disengage. They are still laughing - but the edge is there.

The open lace gloves to the elbow, in contrasting black (Kristie) and white (Ana), for the arm strangles session would look smashing in a ball. And this match is a ball indeed, for the spectator. Mouths shut, it’s ground work at its best, and most powerful, two big gals battling with their bodies - and their minds. One woman prefers to attack, the other chooses to defend - and to surprise her rival often enough to win!

With the score even 1:1, they restart in G-strings, Kristie in brown tiger, Ana in grey leopard and a 10 inch long fringed skirt, which does not much for modesty. One wrestler slumps back, hands cushioning her head, preparing for sleep and getting a tan at the beach? No sir, all the while she’s strangling her foe in a tremendous figure 4 head strangle… She could have grinned at the camera, and say, "See? No hands!"

APL does not hide the fact that Kristie is the first woman to bring Ana to submission in a straight competitive match, in the last segment of their duel, so I can reveal it here, too. It happens when Ana is caught in a small packet, with her own weight on her neck, in a body scissors and arm strangle combination. To me, it is most surprising that Ana did not submit a couple of times earlier, for Kristie is all out for her, and has as much power as weight, and, boy, does she use it!…

This last match is won by 2:1 - enough to win, but… is it enough to determine who’s the best woman of them all? Even if you’re not curious about the answer, you should see this tape for a couple of acts of strength, and for Kristie’s reverse figure 4 head-locks, in which she actually engulfs Ana’s nose up her, ha… buttocks. It happens twice in this tape, and distracted viewers should note that it’s not APL using footage from a second camera - the clothes are different, see? There’s only one person in the world (Ana) who is not accepting this is the most perfect hold in the world, but then, she may have a prejudice here!

After the first encounter, between two "heavies", Weilin of France, and Kristie of California, with jujitsu and submission wrestling experience, respectively, the correct answer to the title’s question comes easy: "A lot."

Weilin is the first coloured girl to appear for APL, but she has appeared in private and live events around the globe, both wrestling, and kick-boxing. Her fighting spirit shows from the first take-down, but Kristie counters with a variety of holds, applying pressure to no apparent effect. Neither woman wished to be the first one to give, and both were prepared to pay the price. Weilin will start a series of leg and feet attacks, and arm strangles. Caught in a head scissors, the best Kristie can do is to catch Weilin's head between her own legs. Both women squeeze hard, knocking the living-daylights out of each other in this mutual power hold, until Kristie with a loud grunt and a bull's determination, wrenches herself free. (Her waist long curly mane is that of a lion, and it is often caught and pulled by accident or mischief, but her power is that of a big bull.) The first telling moment comes in the guise of a grapevine attack by Kristie, not well captured on video… As Weilin retrieves her legs to prevent the hold, Kristie clamps a smother hold, flush on Weilin's face, pulling her nose deep into her own cleavage, both hands clasped under the victim’s neck. You can use the slow button to to better enjoy this classic shot, for Weilin submits too quickly! Weilin comes back for revenge, and she tastes it well, with a strangle submission. You can barely hear Kristie’s distorted voice, "I give…" A great display of stamina, power, technique and cool head, plus tremendous flexibility by Kristie who is able to twist her body 90º when caught by the neck, and attack her opponent's throat with her foot. She does it often, and she did it in other matches (APL 76).

Therefore, we are prepared for the third match being Weilin and the Portuguese wrestler, Ana. The pattern of hard give and take between these big girls is kept, nay, increased! This clash could well use the same title as APL 76… The first submission comes with a brutal strangle from behind. Both women respect each other, and defend in earnest against every attack, sometimes extracting themselves from the opponent’s embrace with brute strength, leading to three breaks of combat when they tumble out of the battle area. (Both Weilin matches take place in a large, well lighted gym.) One moment you see Ana belly up, her back on her opponent’s belly, her limbs all trapped by Weilin, you blink, and she’s flying up, then landing with a loud bang, head and bosom forward, on the wood floor. Another time, Ana is in a deadly headlock, when she extricates herself with a powerful heave, and a loud scream. The Portuguese champion also reverses a losing situation in 5 seconds, to achieve a 10 second schoolgirl pin and headlock combination.

For me, the surprise comes from the lighter girls in between, Klaudia and Marketa, in a match recorded earlier, at APL's lounge. Known for their flexibility and speed, this time the girls lock horns slow, and hard. Neither seems able to achieve a telling hold, possibly because they are tired, or know each other too well, but they do twist, and mangle each other immensely. Marketa attempts two school-girl pins and a reverse face-sit, but Klaudia's artistic bridges defeat her everytime. The cameraman excells in close-ups of the beautiful faces, including when they show their suffering, and when they are being distorted between the opponent's knees... However, the best pic, in glorious close-up, must have been captured by mere luck (ours) - the blonde's breast tantalizingly hangs over, than smothers her opponent’s mouth, as the brunette is gasping in agony, on her back. It's just four seconds of magic, best enjoyed in slow motion.

So, if you only like football with many goals, this tape is not for you. If you like your wrestling competitive, hard, powerful, really harsh, and expert women straining for a pain filled victory, you have a good tape here.

APL flyer #25 repeats the line-up presentation of wrestlers pics and data, only they need two lines now, as the number of girls grew to 11, and they had one chap to make it a dozen! The lavishly illustrated flyer (for net surfers, at www.cidadevirtual.pt/aplportugal) presents 7 tapes with an average 4 matches per tape. This tape is my choice, not because it is the longest, but because it presents six very attractive girls, all strong and willing, and a format I like - the local champion (37 y-o, 63kg, still unbent in straight wrestling); against five women in a variety of styles; three French girls, from fitness champion Cathy (39, 67kg) to 5th place in world bodybuilding Valerie (36, 63kg), through Martinique warrior Weilin (34, 70kg); Swedish Tina (30, deceptively small at 50kg) and yet a bb Spanish champ, Paloma (31, 70kg of chiselled muscle). The sexy array of clothes goes from salmon or snake-print tights, to spangles bikini, and modicum slips.

The tape begins with Tina working hard over Ana, to no avail, of course… She can keep her between her small legs as long as she will, for Ana won’t submit to just a body lock! You get your glass to sip at your tea, and the voice of the ref is already announcing Ana’s submission. What happened? After replaying this a couple of times, you understand - as Ana painfully did, too. It’s the combination of a head-lock, with Tina’s tiny muscles bulging to breaking point under her velvet skin, keeping Ana’s arms under complete control. Ana has no mercy on her Tina, with good reason! Soon, Tina pays her daring, her eyes bulging out of their sockets, and coughing her surrender, stretched past her own limits... Even if this is not a repeat of David’s victory over Goliath, it’s a damn good attempt at it.

Newcomer Valerie has powerful arm muscles that she uses to counter a body press by shoving Ana up and away, with her palms up to Ana’s stomach. Valerie has another good moment, taking Ana in a head-scissors and arm stretch that brings the first submission of the match. The bodybuilder’s lack of endurance, and her strained knee, will make her a good prey for Ana the Huntress. The camera catches a beautiful moment, when Valerie’s big, curly hairdo is encased in Ana’s legs is a water-proof figure four neck-scissors, facing Ana’s belly. Another scene to play back later.

Under Weilin’s dark skin, she hides iron muscles, trained in jujitsu and kick-boxing. She works hard, and it pays, for this is one of the few matches that Ana does not win. Head-scissors and head-locks often combined with painful arm-stretches and wrist-locks bring half a dozen of submissions, both ways, and a particular screamed submission by the champ that you shouldn’t miss. A pity that the camera is too close, and we can’t appreciate Ana’s effort, lifting her heavier opponent off the mat in a bear-hug, but we can’t have it all, and the cameraman is forgiven by his perfect focus on Ana’s desperate bridge attempt before the last fall. Weilin rubs her victory in, with a standing neck-scissors on Ana, as she lays supine and spent after the match. A bit of humiliation in an otherwise competitive, see-sawing, great match.

Cathy loses one of her two belly piercings in this match, and viewing it, it is easy to understand why - the girls are wrestling all-in, often belly-to-belly! We were deceived that Ana’s knotted shirt did not fell open in the process, too… (This is the only non topless match of the series.) Cathy’s stunning beauty, copper-tan and shining blue bikini dominate the match, by orthodox head and neck-scissors and other pain inducing holds, and unorthodox attacks, like jumping piggy-back on a groggy opponent. (She’s a horse-woman at week-ends.) Ana has to call on her wrestling knowledge to subdue the big, catty Cathy, and her powerful biceps. With the score 2:2, Cathy applies a standing smother hold on Ana, scissoring her and pressing her face to her bosom, then taking her down, rolling over and on top for a humiliating face-sit… No, Ana escapes and counter-attacks with a neck-scissors. Cathy opens Ana’s legs by sheer arm muscle. Who will get the quick, brutal, figure 4 finishing scissors? Soon on a TV screen near you…

Would you like to crawl over a snake, and twist your body between her long, rope-like body? Before you scream, "NO!" take a look at Ana inching her way up on Paloma (in snake-print bikini top and thighs), for a full body press, squirming for a neck-scissors. Paloma is not "a snake in the grass", and when she resorts to verbal abuse she does not show "a forked tongue" (see AiA 87, my review of APL 67), but her all-in style is consistent with her attire for this match, a boa constrictor at work! The Spanish football player uses her awesome legs to smash Ana’s neck several times. The second submission was the most hard to get, in a shoulder press combined with the official head-lock, and both women were hurt - Ana with a bad pained shoulder and breast, Paloma with a bad knee used for the attack. They fought gamely on, to a conclusive head-scissors, encouraged by a breast claw.

The camera travels from the winner’s foot pressed to the loser’s throat, up the erect snake, to Paloma’s grinning face . Paloma’s private telephone number comes with the tape’s credits!… But you have a tough choice to make, for Cathy’s phone is there, too! Maybe you could call both, and set a match between them?

Warning! The opening encounter is for adult audiences only! Jump to next para if you’re under 18 y-o. Exotic models Sara of Portugal, 26 years old, 70 kg, and Chan of Macao, 29, 52 kg, show up "dressed" like felines - Sara as a black cat (gloves and a furry tail), and Chan as a tiger (gloves only)… Their cat-like acting is limited, and they seem reluctant to get physical or, rather, how to do it in a fighting sense. There’s stand-up flailing of arms, and running around the mat, sensual rolling around in (voice off) attempts at gaining or opposing the long face-sit pins of 20 seconds. Do they achieve any? Indeed, they do, seven in all. The lighter girl seems to be taken in by the joy of physical contact, and searches it rather more than her opponent… No catnips, no mild scratching, one tit attack, and the submissive acceptance of defeat by the heavier girl who - when time comes - is not reluctant to "suffer" the agreed penalty of bringing her opponent to orgasm with her mouth, in a longer face-sit (5 minutes). Chan stays on top, fondling her breasts, for a further minute and a half.

Now, for the younger readers, the only relation between the first event and the next three is that they are wrestling matches for 20 second face-sit pins. Where the first pair is of newcomers in an apartment, the other sessions make for a topless mini-tournament between one experienced wrestler (Kristie, USA, 74 kg), one experienced martial artist (Weilin, France, 70 kg), and one known bodybuilder (Valerie, France, 63 kg).

Valerie shows her wonderful muscle definition, delicate, not out of feminine proportion, but her enormous arm strength (APL 79) is enough to surprise both her attackers a couple of times, and even to get one point. Her inexperience against bigger, seasoned fighters, costs her several long pins, and even abuse to her small breasts. Both matches have good photography, capturing well the generous beauty of Weilin and Kristie, in close-ups.

Kristie shows-off, in both her matches, arching her body back to touch the mat with her long curly hair, while retaining her victim under her well placed rump and legs. Her match against Weilin in the end is pretty rough, especially as each wrestler humiliates the other once, early in the match, and then vie for control, and the tournament’s victory. Hair-pulling, foot strangles, head-scissors and other weakening holds pave the way for one last domination sequence. Kristie’s rump takes the pleasure of sitting on Weilin’s face more often. Weilin shows her displeasure in no uncertain matter, and fights off all the time, making Kristie’s victory that much rewarding.

Warning! This tape is only for men who wrestled Kristie and hated her ever since! Jump to next article if you’re a Kristie’s fan.

OK, I warned you. I’m glad to know that, like me, you’re all Kristie’s faithful fans, even if she utterly defeated you, despite your weight and power advantage, and you’re strong, and curious enough to read on… But I have really bad news for us. APL wanted to make a tape of 4 per 15 minute matches between Kristie, the USA California freckled beauty who gallantly accepts that Ana of APL is one of the few women able to beat her, and two less known French wrestlers, martial artist Weilin (70 kg), and world rank bodybuilder Valerie (63 kg). It would be one leg and foot strangles match against each French woman and revenge matches, in formats allowing them more winning chances - grapevines for Weilin, and competitive for Valerie. These matches took place shortly after her 16-hour air trip to Portugal, which possibly explains what APL rightly calls "a cataclysm".

True, Weilin shows herself a powerful woman, as much as a competent wrestler, expert in the tricky legs and feet attacks. Kristie groans during the entire much, either under stressing holds, or searching for her own, quickly evaporating, resources. When caught in an inescapable figure-four legs strangle, she refuses to give after 15 seconds, then again after more 7 seconds, but submits after 7 more seconds, after 2:06m of wrestling. She has to plead to get free after 10 extra punishing seconds. She comes up like the lioness we used to know, wins the finger interlock, throws Weilin, controls the ground work, catapults Weilin away with a double kick to the belly… and loses consistently from there on. Attack, she does; fight off, she does; but somehow Weilin controls her, and strangles her time and again, eight times in a row. Once, Kristie’s body is arched in an impossible angle (beautiful picture!), once she’s verbally taunted, another time Weilin pulls her hair, feigning to help her disentangle it… The ref allows the match to go on 3 extra minutes, expecting a recovery, but exactly the two last falls are the most humiliating, as Kristie is not even allowed to stand up between submissions.

In the semi-competitive match (for Valerie starts with a bad knee), Kristie wins the first fall with a face-sitting pin, and goes on with a point margin, through a number of body scissors submissions and face sit pins, though Valerie manages a leg strangle combined with hair-pull at the 7:28m mark, after a harsh back stretch with control of both Kristie’s legs, that may have weakened her. Then you see Valerie taking point after point, and gaining confidence after the spectacular equalizing fall (3:3) by face-sit, after another painful preparation by scissors and forearm strangle. Valerie’s fourth point is achieved with a no-mercy grapevine with full extension of Kristie’s arms, held down by the wrists single-handedly, while the attacker presses them down with the right forearm across the victim’s elbows. The ref betrays his bewilderment when he intones the 3:4 mark, that was not to be the last of Kristie’s shameful submissions at the hands of a game newcomer.

The grapevine match follows, more like Kristie’s revenge, as she manages to keep a balanced score until the last five minutes. Both women are experts at it, and each of the six holds is applied without mercy, to full extension of the limbs, always in combination with fair, but effective smothers, body presses, or strangles. Not only Kristie groans with effort and pain, but even the quiet Weilin has to scream her surrender in one excruciating fall. This is yet one of Kristie’s four defeats, especially after she misses her target in a last, chivalrous attack, but not a shameful defeat, as she gives as good as she takes, and a match worth half of the tape price on its own.

Several telling moments highlight the last match: Valerie opening Kristie’s legs scissors twice by sheer arm strength; a tremendous mutual head scissors; Valerie "grapevining" Kristie’s legs to full stretch with her arms; Valerie submitting to a headlock/body scissors combination, and Kristie refusing it (as the match was to be decided on leg and foot strangles only... The result is balanced, at 2:1, but the fact is that the winning point was taken by the "rookie".

Kristie, we still love you. But take care - men are going to call you (phone number given at tape’s end) more cocky than before!…

APL has been using a large, well lit gym of lately, the mats are well secure, and the wrestling area even enlarged by the use of extra mats around the main fighting area. Before such beautiful women (3 superstars and 1 "freshman"), I dare say that their beauty is surpassed by the beauty of the competitive wrestling itself. The last two matches (Lolita/Tina, Ana/Robin) are of a rare intensity, agony, and pain. This is the best straight competitive event this company ever presented, certainly a classic for old hands like me, bringing back the great emotions of past years. On a lighter tone, I intend to describe the results of this 4-women confrontation adopting the view of supporters of each woman, as if they were the four Portuguese political parties with seats on the Parliament. (This is best understood if you know that in the last 3 or 4 votes, all political leaders claimed to have won the vote…)

Supporter of Ana (37, 1.68m, 63kg): "I’m glad Ana won this tournament clearly, as we had predicted, despite liberal attacks by the Californian Superstar, and those two tough European pretenders. Some say Ana was too rough, that she got her second submission from Robin by a murderous leg strangle, but you forget she must act according to what she promised to her majority of fans, to win at all costs! It was three against her, and she survived, prettier than ever. Just look at her, and be proud!"

Supporter of Robin (35, 1.65m, 54kg): "I’m glad Robin won this tournament by 6 points difference on top of the runner-up (Ana). This shows you that the America champion is able to surmount a huge weight difference (20lb) to the Portuguese gal, and be a winner. Ana boasts about her judo experience, but our Robin showed her, and those bright upstarts that were there, what a judo arm bar is, and how effective it can be. Our Robin is unbeatable, even if she concedes one lucky point here and there…"

Supporter of Tina (30, 1.60m 51kg): "I’m glad Tina won 1st prize in the under 50 kg (110lb) class, and the bronze medal in this international tournament! We were afraid for her life, seeing how the desperate American blondie resorted to eye-gouging… (Actually Tina has to replace one contact lens, and loses the other in all-in action.) If it was not for the bully tactics of the bigger girls, like that crotch smother attack, the nasty arm bars, the head wrenching leg strangle by Ana - for which that woman should have been arrested if she was in a civilized country like Sweden - Tina would even win the whole tourney!"

Supporter of Lolita (26, 1.75m 59kg): "I’m glad Lolita won that final submission from Tina. That agony scream was music to our ears… Maybe you did not saw how she beat back her tears after the fourth fall, and came back for this win… You noticed how loyal, and brave Lolita was? Maybe too loyal, against hard pros who used everything in the book, and more, against this new mat princess, younger and prettier than them. They crushed her, they strangled her, they tried to snuff her even, and she always stood up, ready to take more! Give her six more months, until she loses this silly idea of fighting fair, then let her lose, and beware, Ana and Robin!…"

The funny thing with these political statements is, they are all true! That’s the most puzzling effect in local politics around here. In all seriousness, you should watch these encounters, in which the women end up in a clear pecking order, yes, but at the same time, each woman reveals her great technique (less so Lolita), endurance (mostly Tina, for the greater odds she faced), and Amazon spirit. I have no space to describe many complex holds worth of study in subsequent viewing, after surpassing the first emotion is appeased. Four stars out of four! Two collector’s items: Tina gets the first submission from Robin in a decade full of competitive matches between them, and Tina lifts Lolita’s arm after defeating her, showing her admiration from a worthy opponent who took her best brush-up on these mats.

This looked like a good, competitive meeting between two powerful French women, the heavier and experienced Weilin (34, 1.70m 5’7", 70kg 154lb) against the stronger bodybuilder Valerie (36, 1.63m 5’4", 63kg 139lb). Both show up in assorted brief thongs and lace slips for their matches, once "covered" by large head-scarves tied around their skirts for a mini-skirt effect, very sexy. This encounter was to be in a variety of styles, first competitive, then two strangle matches, one with the use of arms only, the other just legs and feet, held on blue mats in a well lit gym. Valerie has an impressive looking body, beautifully sculpted back and arms, impressive thighs, nice face and the rest, small breasts but feminine enough. The only thing fluffy about her is her curly black hair. The Martinique native fighter is bigger alright, but her muscles are less exuberantly shown, so that one would expect a fierce give-and-take woman-to-woman topless contest. It was not to be…

Valerie shows up with a bad knee, thus forbidding her the use of possibly her best weapons, but even worse is that the few wrestling holds she knows are easily countered by a woman who practices almost all types of combat (judo, jujitsu, kick-boxing, wrestling…). The competitive match takes less than 16 minutes, and it is the most pathetic wash-over I remember seeing, with a count of 12 submissions and 1 ten-count cross-body pin. The submissions arise from Weilin’s large array of weapons - judo locks, arm locks, grapevines, body locks, leg strangles, back breakers… One arm lock is the most appalling we have seen, as Valerie holds until the verge of having her arm broken, but most all submissions come from equally painful holds. Valerie can’t (doesn’t know how to) fight back, but she can suffer each hold like the big girl she is. It is painful to watch such a brave girl in a dire predicament such as this.

Thus weakened, Valerie is an easy prey for the excited winner, and in the next two sessions, the top rank bodybuilder is unable to surmount the odds she is facing. Weilin has to show she has strength, and as much muscle as her opponent, but time and again Valerie must submit to the other woman, both in the arm strangles session (practically all applied in combination with body scissors), and the strangles with the legs and feet. The tape is 48 minutes long, and you get 30 submissions, many in agonizing groans. It's a power demonstration by both women, and an exhibition by a superb wrestler against a hard "punching doll". Weilin does not show compassion for a second, which explains the final result of the three matches, and how Valerie progresses from a bad to a worse state. If you like domination matches, this one will drive you crazy!

Below are my general impressions of APL video 85. I'm working from memory; I may be short of specifics.

First, a note about service. As usual, APL's service is impeccable. She accepts payment in foreign currencies (such as Canadian) and the delivery time is excellent. While the respective post offices of Canada and Portugal must take some of the credit, a total of two weeks elapsed from the time I sent APL the money until I received the videos.

APL 85 features Weilin against Valerie. Valerie is a tough looking bodybuilder, but is hampered by a sore knee. Weilin is a remarkable fighter with a well-built body. Both women are topless.

If you enjoy total domination, this video is for you. Weilin controls 95% of the matches - Valerie barely generates any offence. The three matches are foot and leg strangles, arm strangles and competitive. The tapouts come fast and furious; Weilin occasionally is slow to release a hold. This tape is a like a submission primer - how to apply sleepers, figurefour head scissors, armbars, armlocks. I was fascinated by Weilin; she might be one of the most underrated female submission wrestlers active today.

In summary, I thoroughly enjoyed this video. APL is my vendor of choice - they do not disappoint. I hope enough fans support APL by buying their videos; perhaps Ana and Weilin can be persuaded to come to North America to fight the best we have to offer. I think that Ana and Weilin versus Helen and Josephine of Virago could be our sport's Supermatches.

Ana, Tina, Lolita, and Robin. Not only the women are beautiful (APL flyer describes them as gorgeous… you’ll have to decide!), but they fight in earnest - I say, fight, for fighting it is. If I recall right, APL policy was basically competitive wrestling, plus any sort of novelty that passed Ana’s mind. I don’t know if she decided to copy that American producer of real fights, or if it just happened!… We have here breast and crotch claws, nipple squeezing, face-sitting, one kick and one punch to the crotch, pulling slips up the crotch, countless fierce hair pulls, biting of breast, chest, thigh and foot, twisting wrists and toes… Do you think now that this tournament was not a regular strangle with legs and feet session? Wrong!… It was so, and of the first order, but with a twist. After APL 83, someone said, "Let’s do something funny this time. The loser pays a penalty…" Everybody agreed, but as the matches progressed, the competition grew more and more hot. The final penalty was humiliating alright, but what each was put through in each submission, that, was pain and humiliation as I have rarely seen. So much better for me as it comes out naturally, nothing fake, nothing posed, and no excuses asked. Like teenagers, they hide their mischief in a smile - but the blows were not pulled, and the squeezing was terrific. Tina hangs upside down to Ana’s body twice. Tina and Lolita’s eyes bulge out of their sockets. One woman almost passes out, and I do not mean Robin, who lured her attacker into believing it, to better counterattack her… Tina and Lolita engage twice in a mutual head strangle, one in the beginning, and then again near the end, and it goes on and on, several minutes past the time limit, until one brave woman gives. These two duels are something to see. Mostly of these holds are dangerous actions, possible only for the experienced women performing it, who completely trust themselves and their opponents in a game that could be deadly otherwise. "You’re killing me…" gurgles one blonde. "Give!… or I’ll kill you," snarls the brunette. Indeed they do, using any part of their lower limbs to get submissions - the classic thigh to neck scissors, the lower leg or the foot press to the neck (sometimes close to choke), but rare deeds of crossed ankles, and crossed feet that, provided the victim is weakened enough at the time, prove as murderous as the rest. Is 34 submissions in 100 minutes enough for you, the legs-and-feet collector? No? Alright, there is more. Several of these are disguised as a variation of face-sit or crotch smother, and others are achieved in combination with breast torture or hair pull.

Tina deceives me because this time she does not use her toes to pinch her adversary’s tit, or pull her hair. She does everything else, actually… In acrobatic positions that defy the laws of gravity, and common sense, for great visuals. All three opponents vie with her for the Best Circus Act of the year. And you get the tit attack with the toes, by Robin!… Now, I’m waiting for a special rule match between these two, and you guessed what I have in mind. Ana loses her head in her first submission to Lolita in a spectacular feet strangle, and she will turn nasty, and rule bending, through her other two matches. Lolita performs here more uninhibited than in APL 83, and shows that she is at her best using those dancers long legs of hers. If this tape does not win many fan’s hearts for this young, tall wrestler, I don’t know what will… Two of the best submissions of the tournament come from her feet!

The champion of this tournament is… (Oops! I can’t reveal this, I’m sworn to secrecy by Ana) Well, the proud champion of the tournament submits in pain to an incensed opponent, and when the match ends, the champion kicks her supine adversary in the belly, and growls: "Making me submit a number of times, ha! I donna like it… Pay-back time!"

Lolita is beaten in technique and cunning by her opponents, two experienced wrestlers, and both dominant ladies, as many women complain of (their opponents in tapes from several companies), and many men know first hand (without complaining!…) from mixed matches. As I recall, all pins get front and reverse sitting, as the victrix exerts not only the ritual domination, but all dirty tricks and humiliating effects she can imagine to further upset her victim. These matches go in a crescendo of nastiness, and when Robin and Tina face-up, both winners of the first encounters have a woman-to-woman set-to of tremendous effect. If I had been mildly pleased with enough wrestling by Lolita against her dominas, now my eyes are bulging out of their sockets with non-stop wrestling, and then fighting. For, as one proud lady is captured and mistreated, her legs captured under her opponent’s arms, she’s able to free a hand to claw a breast, or pull hair viciously; or when even that arm is caught, and her nose and mouth wrapped under a crotch (veiled by a brief blue thong) she’s able to bite!… Of course you can’t see it, but the loud reaction, and the pay-back from the upper girl, are terrific and proportionate to the evil caused. This is a must have tape for fans of Robin and Tina, for this spectacular third match (3 face-sittings… yes, there’s a winner!) and for the fact this tape is being nominated for Best WW Cinematography, for the close-ups of Robin’s face, and jiggling breasts and buttocks, and for the clever ways in which three beautiful pairs of nipples are exposed, and compared.

First of all, I was very impressed with Ana, owner of APL. Ana is very bright and analytical. Just take a look at how well-organized her Web site is (www.cidadevirtual.pt/aplportugal) and you'll see what I mean. After I sent Ana an email explaining that I enjoy battles between attractive women which a have a clear winner and which include reverse face sits, she strongly recommended APL 87 and 101. It took less than 1 week for the package to arrive in Canada from Portugal.

APL 87 has 3 topless fights, 2 of which feature Susie "Robin" Johnson of Femmes Fatales fame. According to APL rules, the winner of a fall keeps the loser in a face sit for 2 minutes. Robin quickly gains the upper hand and is very slow to relinquish her advantage even after 4 minutes. The camera gives us many shots of the blonde Amazon Robin as she tortures and abuses the red-haired Tina. We see the action from Robin's perspective looking down on the loser. As well, we see several floor-level shots in which Robin uses her crotch as a slow-motion missile and Tina's face as target. After 4 falls, Robin has clearly used scissors holds, hairpulling and best of all front and reverse face sits to showcase that she is the better woman.

All in all, excellent value. Thanks again to Ana, who helped me to choose bouts that met my tastes.

The tape will interest not only the face sitting fans, but also for the numerous fans of any of the French visitors to APL’s mat. Purists of face-sitting may differ with the style employed in these matches, where the winner is allowed to change her position from frontal to reverse sitting, provided she keeps her victim under control. I know some people do not like this, but as I favour the fight content more, I love it, because it gives a further chance for the submitted woman to rebel - if she still can breathe… It also adds variety to pins when (as is the case here) they are kept on for 3 to 6 minutes each!

This is a sort of Portugal Vs France challenge. On one side we have Ana, the Portuguese wrestler (who's still undefeated in straight competitive wrestling since she started her wrestling career in March 1995), a hefty and buxom 37 y-o brunette, 5’6" (1.68m) 139lb (63kg). In a row she faces, or, better saying, she tries to put her ass on the faces of 3 French wrestlers: Valerie, Cathy and Weilin.

Valerie is a 36 y-o brunette, 5’4" (1.63m) and Ana’s weight; no fat, all muscle, as she is the current 5th world ranking bodybuilder on her weight category. A novice at woman-to-woman wrestling, she finds it harder than making mince meat of the fellows who take her on to experience what the weaker sex can do on the mat. She goes down against Ana, but she makes her fight hard to win. That exacerbates Ana’s meanness, and the 2m pins go, shall we say, slightly longer than needed to win? More in the range of 5 and 6m, to be exact! The camera hovers greedily, capturing glimpses of the reluctant loser’s red face.

Cathy is a redhead with a sculptural 5’7" (1.70m) 147lb (67kg) body. I won’t tell you she is 39 y-o, because you’d not believe it - she seems much younger! The fact is, all you see is packed muscle, even if it is so nicely packed all over. She is a French national fitness champion on merit! (I know you’d vote for her lovely eyes, even before you had a second look at her pairs of - biceps and quadriceps.) The first fall is alright, but as I sort of expected, Cathy won, and exercised her right of sitting on Ana’s face for a couple of minutes. Cathy makes sure she does not fall off Ana’s face by a couple of firm grips on Ana’s breasts. The Portuguese discovered than that she was facing the bottom end of a sitting specialist, and of a fighter with such an iron spirit (and thighs) as herself. Which follows is a 6m fight for dominance that is the best possible appetiser for the next pin - that the loser does not want to concede, fighting all along the l-o-n-g pin to no avail. Equal on points, it is arm-to-arm, and butt-to-face wrestling to the bitter defeat of one champion. The loser of the last fall is out cold due to exhaustion and lack of air. Serious stuff!

Weilin is a Maurice Island (French) creole, and a world known fighting specialist in a variety of styles (including ju-jitsu, boxing and ultimate fighting). At 34, 5’7" (1.70m), 154lb (70kg) she has some physical advantages against her hostess. Therefore, she would not be intimidated by Ana posing her a biker girl with black PVC gloves and studded armlet. Well, maybe she should! The fight is again very even, like the one with Cathy, and again both women taste defeat, until one takes control - and wins by 3:1. The ladies are big, and therefore their ample assets are best suited to apply the finishing touch to her opponent’s cheeks.

This is a 3 women tourney and features two new English girls on APL's mats: Sharon, 20, brunette, 5’7" (1.70m) 119lb (54kg), and Tracey, 26, dark blonde, 5’3" (1.60m) 110lb (51kg). Sharon is fresh, still learning the ropes, and it shows against the big Portuguese champion (Ana is 5’6" 139lb), or the diminutive but highly experienced, and well muscled Tracey (who has seen plenty of action at FV and WISC).

Sharon seems to know enough to fight this difficult style, in which only legs or feet can be used to achieve points; her counter-attack near the end proves it. Sharon’s demise comes from lack of power to counter the bigger opponent she faces first. The result is therefore predictable, but the way Ana scores is not. Indeed, making the best for her many fans, she takes the falls in various ways, and some surprisingly new ones: two perfect figure-four, one leg strangle (actually just one leg is used!), and two standing foot strangles that are both enjoyable and fearsome. Sharon’s expressive face gives a good account of her inner torment at several instances!

Sharon meets Tracey next, and obviously she has a hope to win against a smaller girl. There’s a slight problem for her, though. Tracey’s hidden power, seen right from the start when she counters Sharon's attack easy, imposes herself as top woman. Both women mutter "Nay!" when answering the opponent’s demand to submit, and the match is not stopped after a submission. Attempts at foot strangles are defeated, a predictable result is upset, and a decisive fall will leave you in suspense till the end. Submissions come after long periods of suffering, in which fierce hair pulling (sometimes with both hands!) is added to the hold. Both wrestles resort to that, either for revenge, or plain necessity to enforce submissions. A truly enjoyment from the spectator’s comfortable viewpoint!

Ana starts her match with the small Tracey with great delight. Tongue fetishists may buy this tape just to watch Ana’s tongue all out as she is enjoying her nasty locks on Tracey’s toes like a kid pulling the flings off a captured fly… That further incenses Tracey against her, and it’s a lovely David/Goliath battle, with good wrestling, all-in, with hair pulling and breast attacks allowed. The first submission comes after 11 minutes of combat, when both bodies are shining with sweat. A treason attack is followed by the culprit’s capture in a nice head-scissors, and the victim goes all red in the face for sheer lack of air. Standing foot strangles are attempted and one woman finally traps her opponent in an inescapable figure-four. The way her thigh muscles bulge make you wince, and her victim to voice a loud "Ouch!" A decisive ending to a superb match between two valorous women.

I was surprised to see that October 99 top ten APL sales list includes two domination tapes (APL 82 & 85; see more at www.cidadevirtual.pt/aplportugal). It would not surprise me if this tape would further upset the balance with their competitive stuff. This reviewer does not approve of the designation of "match" for this domination session, but as face, belly, and breast-sitting domination is concerned, it is as imaginative as Robin (35, 5’5" 119lb) and Tina (30, 5’3" 110lb) are. New fans should know that these two girls have been around the world in woman-to-woman and mixed matches for the last ten years. Now figure these two as a tag-team against the much taller blonde Lolita (26, 5’9" 130lb), a sort of English noble lady (let not the Lolita alias confound you) who rivals them in looks!… Putting her down, is the general idea. After many exhausting minutes, Robin and Tina finally sit down, like two well-behaved girls, hugging each other. The fact that Tina’s rump is on Lolita’s chest, and Robin’s on Lolita’s lower belly, does not abode well for the English gal!. Robin’s shrill voice says, "Ready? Go!" and the two mavericks start hopping simultaneous on their respective targets. I think it was then that Lolita lost her breath, and her last hope of fighting back. Much, much abuse later, again Robin as the game instigator says to her, "We’ll give you a fair chance to run away!" You would not believe her, would you? To our amazement, both women stop punching breasts and twisting nipples, and stand up and away from the taller "fighter". Lolita does stand up, hands caressing her hurt bosom, and stumbles away - two steps off the mat in the direction of the showers. The two cats jump on their escaping big mouse, and go on with their abuse. Lolita suffers abuse for just 31 minutes (grin!) but it is consecutive, and dished out by four hands, four legs and four feet at once, remember? I would discount from torture time the full minute Tina uses her body to rub and grind against Lolita’s belly to belly, reminiscent of her performances at Joan Wise, and yet, I think that the proud Lolita does count that minute as abuse, too! It’s written on her beautiful, big, green eyes as she is forced to trot under two riders...

Ana never goes soft with her wrestling partners in straight competitive matches, so her English guests do suffer! Sharon is a tall, slim elf who starts this contest on the wrong foot. Not one minute into the match, she suffered a front face straddle that eroded any intention of battling this out evenly. Each two minutes she will succumb to some devastating hold from Ana’s varied arsenal: figure-four applied sideways, body scissors (alone and in combination with single or double arm stretches), front and reverse face straddle, an effective judo lock to extended arm and wrist while controlling the victim’s body under her legs (Ana calls it juji-gatame) and leg strangle. The concluding reverse bodyscissors, with knees pressing on the outer side of the breasts brings the fastest submission of them all, and you’ll not be wandering why!

Sharon’s next opponent is Tracey. She does attack on a few occasions, but the match consists mostly in her failing defense against a woman who knows how to explore her opponent’s feebleness. Five minutes into the match, Sharon wins a take down, and gets a full Nelson and body scissors combination on Tracey, but instead of tightening both winning holds, she leaves Tracey too much freedom of movement. Her smaller rival explores this, slowly and consistently, soon they are in a finger-interlock fight, Tracy is free, then on top, Sharon bridging in despair, breaking a 10 count straddle pin twice (at 4 and 5) but ultimately succumbing to it. Tracy does it to perfection, every limb in the right place - a beauty.

Tracey will have her chance to show she also knows how to bridge, as she unseats the Portuguese champion, not once, not twice, but five times in a row, at two different occasions. She seems to allow the hold until the count reaches 4, 5, or 6, then she bridges, high and powerfully. These bridges bring the Czech Veronika to mind (namely APL 30), despite Tracey being much smaller. The first time, Ana is so riled that she goes for a brutal legs strangle, and Tracey goes all red in the face and barely has time to tap submission, at the verge of fainting. The second time, Ana, who's a stubborn lady, is determined to obtain the point with the pin and finally extracts the 10 count front straddle pin. The concluding figure-four applied sideways (a replay of the hold used on Sharon, early in the tourney) is a beautiful ending to a tough match. Both women are awash in sweat, the best testimony to their determination.

So, it’s a tournament, but of what? No breast and nipple attacks puts if off the catfight category; no blood, so it doesn’t qualify as extreme. Wrestling by the rules it is not! The idea, described by APL as "all types of attacks are allowed, no pin scoring, no submission allowed," therefore it’s every girl for herself, for a 20 minute time limit, the result behind announced by the referee based on the number of successful attacks and full control positions obtained by each girl. APL says that there was controversy about the referee’s scoring. After watching the tape you’ll know it was inevitable. Whomever the chap was, he simply could not keep his eyes on so much action at a time, judge the effects of landing blows, and keep a record of it. Anyway, since I like the three women very much, and are all beautiful, I tried to be fair and - believe it or not, I scored the overall fighting as the (unseen) referee did, except for the last match. At my ease, with a cup of tea and a good pause/play button in my remote control, I counted 220 blows between Ana and Marketa, 253 between Marketa and Klaudia, and 224 between Klaudia and Ana. The fighters do come apart for a few seconds, but that only happens 10, 7 and 5 times during these three matches, which speaks a lot for the intensity of their clashes. One woman insists on the controlling holds, and tends to forget the business of slapping, punching, and kneeing, and is possibly underscored both by the referee and me. Hair pulling was not mentioned in the allowed holds résumé, but it is freely used, and very much so; some brief and intense, some short for-control-only, but others were the most fierce, hell-raising, woman-lifting-off-the-ground type!… How to give proper account for the wrestling control holds, ranging from toe locks to body scissors, cross body pins combined with body slams, face straddles, breast smothers, Boston Crab… Slaps tend to land harsher than punches, but sometimes the girls tend to forget to pull their punches, and several land with devastating result. Knees and elbows are sparingly used, and kicks not strong enough for results, which is to be expected in barefoot fighting. Yet, some terrific short range battles of arms and legs, used in whirlwind fashion, provide a number of hurtful hits.

This is the second competitive video with Robin, the California champion, Lolita, Tina and Ana. This time they wrestle for submissions or 10 second pins only. Robin, the 35 y-o blonde beauty, 1,65m (5’5") 54kg (119lb) is proud of dominating any of her opponents, male or female, the world over, she knows she can trust her slim, iron hard and well toned muscles in any wrestling format. In this case, she had a particular reason to eagerly participate in this second video - she had a grudge against her friend Tina of Sweden, the small sex kitten who, at 1,60m (5’3") and 50kg (110lb) rivals her in looks, attractiveness, and unostentatious power. Last time, Tina forced Robin to a humiliating and unexpected submission...

For the first match, against the British Lolita (26, 1,75m 5’9", 59kg 130lb), Robin is all out, showing her aggressiveness in various ways. It was not necessary, as the game and tall Amazon, although she can stand her own and defeat mere men, is not mat savvy enough to cope with a long hand like Robin. It’s a one sided affair, with submissions coming from nasty waist scissors, arm stretches, a head lock combination with a scissors to an arm (beautifully photographed in APL flyer #28), a pin obtained by a sort of belly smother, cross-body pins, and a cross-body submission, as Lolita was so painfully twisted under her attacker that she could not stand longer than 4 seconds. Why was Robin being so cruel to a nice rookie? Jealousy for her beauty? No. Robin is not yet afraid of younger girls around her, for men’s heads still turn her way! Ana and Tina were in the large gym already, and she was sending her message: «I’m here to destroy you next!»

Next came Tina. Their first minute hugging, twisting, swirling, dictated the result of the entire match! Robin caught Tina in such a hard embrace that we start hearing Tina’s moans at the first 30 seconds of fight. Purists will notice that Robin is not able to attain a possible submission from waist scissors or head scissors a couple of times, but please rewind and watch again. What she is actually trying to do is to press her hard butt on Tina’s face at the same time she enforces a submission. At last, she does! The second, screamed submission, comes from what looks like an innocent though strong scissors. Robin’s taut nipple was actually rubbed into Tina’s left eye, when she was trying to both apply the scissors and smother her rival… Tina is made of strong stuff, and she battled courageously to the bitter end - through arm stretches, scarf holds, cross-body and schoolgirl pins. In the end, a satisfied woman hold up the arm of the defeated, acknowledging her respect for her, then they hugged. Friends again, but you would never know watching this action, if I did not tell you.

With a cumulated 15:0 score under the low belt line of her green patterned thong, Robin faced Ana full of self-confidence. Ana is about her age (37), as experienced as her in women wrestling, much more so in judo. At 1,68m (5’6") and 63kg (139lb) she has some advantage over the lighter wrestler, and she knows how to press her advantage. Therefore this match is definitely not one-sided, it is a tremendous struggle for dominance, both women submitting to the other and, slowly but painfully, one eventually gaining the upper hand. I’m partial to the Latin sort of Ana’s full bodied beauty, and to this format of competitive, straight wrestling. Therefore I would recommend the tape for like minded fans, but I must underline the fact that Robin’s fans should enjoy them as much.

I thought clothes fetishists were dumb, until I saw Diane aka Casey in a black spider suit (APL 47); from then on, I’ve been paying more attention each time APL gets herself and her visitors into gear conceived, and worn, both to titillate and reveal more than it hides. This video presents three such matches of amateur wrestling in large gym mats, but in which the rough going, the special holds, and the sexy attire and provocative poses of the women are pro-style as you see it on some American TV shows.

The first match sees the reappearance of the spider theme, in two different formats, worn by Ana and the beauty queen of French fitness, Cathy. Ana’s fans have often requested to see her again in a full body black net, or a French cut purple net suit, but the closest they come to it is the outfits - this time showcased by equally well endowed women, Weilin and Kristie. The most fun set appears in the second match, a complete pirate’s uniform for Ana (minus trousers and shirt!) and a shiny black PVC bodice (with a frontal zipper, but without breast cups). Totally revealing, and more so as the women in attack mode, or suffering grapevine or limb stretching holds, are often caught spread-eagled on the mat with the tiniest strings to hold the outfits in position. Readers will know what this means, as we talk here of women as shapely and big as Ana, who is now 63kg (139lb), the smallest of this group - Cathy 67kg (147kg), Weilin 70kg (154kg) and Kristie 74kg (163kg).

The Ana vs Cathy confrontation is the more competitive, and a very exciting one. I bet you’ll be standing up - rooting for your favourite woman, as she gives and takes pain in finger-interlock, Boston Crab, bow and arrow, chicken wing, chin lock, back breaker and unorthodox moves. Maybe you’ll not find much a finger-interlock through which one woman dominates her opponent, twists her arms back, takes her down, chest to chest and cheek to cheek, before rolling her sideways and supine, before mounting and controlling her… but I did list among the best things I’ve seen, in any country’s pro-wrestling. It’s rough, tough action all the way, and in the end, one spider kills the other with a clear 5:2 win. If you liked how nasty and sexy Cathy was in her other matches at APL and elsewhere, you’ll love the end of this match.

Ana was not so prepared for her pro match with Kristie as she was beautifully un-dressed as a pirate! Kristie is at her best in a style she knows well, and she outdoes Ana from the start, gaining such an advantage that Ana is only able to put up a feeble defence and, sometimes, none. Therefore, the Portuguese champion takes a beating. The 1:0 result attests to Ana’s valour, refusing to cry submission for the entire match, until she was body slammed to the ground after a fireman’s carry by the powerful American conqueror. Before, she was subjected to the most varied array of holds you can figure and a particularly nasty double arm stretch combined with a foot press straight onto her crotch.

The two heavier women battle it out in a show of flexibility that one wouldn’t suspect from their size. We, familiar with their long and often victorious careers, are not astonished with that, but with how Kristie succumbed to Weilin’s judo and martial arts techniques combined with pro viciousness. Weilin uses her knees to press everywhere upon Kristie, strangles or chokes whenever she can, and applies some back hammers, bow and arrows, double arm locks, leg locks that she actually breaks Kristie’s spirits, if not her limbs.

APL presents a fantasy match: Cathy, undisputed blonde Queen of the Jungle (in a French cut tiger print swimsuit so coloured that it looks like a few strikes of black paint on her otherwise nude tan body), is now challenged by two mysterious brunette Amazons, Mask 1 (shorter, in a jaguar print bikini), and Mask 2 (longer legged, in cheetah print bikini). "We are here to see who is queen of the jungle," after the accepted uneven duel, one vs two, acting as a tag team. At first, Cathy is obviously the better and stronger wrestler, and extracts one submission after the other from both Amazons. But time goes by. The Amazons use a strategy of enduring the attacks and not wearing themselves much in the beginning. The duel has no time limit, and they are counting with the fact that the Jungle Queen, her, is fighting non stop. This becomes more obvious after the 30 minute mark, when both become more aggressive, notably Mask 1, who is the second best wrestler. In the end, when Cathy is about to dominate Mask 2 under her in a full body press, Mask 1 treacherously attacks from behind, and a melee ensues. Will Cathy prevail? Will she be humbled by the evil Amazons? I’m not telling.

The concept is perfect, although I did not like the results because of the deceiving quality of the wrestling involved for several periods, although full body presses, Camel clutches, grapevines, chin locks, arm stretches and locks, bow and arrows, back breakers, are performed.

Fans of the fabulously beautiful French Fitness champion Cathy Aublin simply must buy the tape for she was never so beautiful before, even when she posed for her championship title. Between each fall, and there are more than a dozen here, she flexes, poses, and smiles at the camera - at you and me - all sweaty and sweet. Those seconds are precious!

I may agree with Ana’s view that «Schoolgirl pin is… the most spontaneous hold to all women wrestlers,» but I certainly disagree with 15 second long pins, because it is unnecessarily humiliating for the victim, and boring to watch for (this) viewer. The format, each of four wrestlers fighting every other woman, makes it a l-o-n-g tape, even longer than the expected 6X15m because some matches had protracted endings! So I started watching this tape with mixed feelings. By the middle of it I was happy, and in the end I decided I was very happy.

Why is this long school-girl pin tape different? Because of the girls mood. All four girls (ages ranging from 26 to 37) are no longer teenagers, but that wonderful morning they were feeling as if they were fifteen years less. Their bodies are as flexible as teenagers, which helps, too. Each minute they enjoy the physical contact, they are cunning and witty, and when they are on top, their faces shout, "You're mine!" just as Ana says in Flyer 28 women wrestlers think at that ecstatic moment.

The cameraman gives us such wonderful details of winners and losers faces, and other intimate body parts, that you will nominate him for a Sin-ematography Oscar… The girls actually bring the cameraman and referee into the act, as he is forced to explain that they cannot surrender, and give them advice: «Take it like a woman!»

These women are alive, and kicking - and yes, they were allowed almost anything to achieve their ultimate end: biting, clawing, scratching, pulling hair, and wrestling with hands, feet, knees and whatever they can to survive, and dominate. So they do, with gusto. There are good lines of dialogue between the Ref and the wrestlers, and between each pair of opponents. Nothing was rehearsed, nothing of this could have been rehearsed. The girls were only as hot and natural as the sun which came in floods through the high windows into the large gym.

See a total of 38 schoolgirl pins, front, reverse, and unorthodox! See hair pulling and tit pulling with the hands, and the toes. See an illustrated text book example of the difference between nipple twisting and nipple pulling (thank you Robin & Tina). See the new version of body slam, the crotch slam (thank you, Robin). See the new concept of monkey style of kung fu (thank you, Tina). See the ecstasy of the underdog when she gets to beat the "bigger" girl that one time (thank you, Lolita). See the new version of a grapevine in the air performed with extended arms (thank you, big Lolita!). See one of the quickest and nastiest matches of the year (Robin/Tina), one of the slowest and most sensual (Robin/Lolita), one of the most tough and yet, fun (Ana/Robin). See, and enjoy as much as I did.

This is a compilation tape APL produced with different women for the fans of this finisher of all finishing holds - in which both the victor and the victim must endure the difficult and stressful spreading of their legs, in the Grapevine pin. Many say it is the most beautiful of wrestling holds. Clothes here are in direct proportion to the expected result - from diminutive thongs (Valerie, Tina), to a French cut sports suit (Cathy), and from a Brazilian "fio dental" see-through suit (literally, "dental floss", according to the amount of tissue used between the legs) of Ana in the first match to actually nude (Sara)…

All wrestlers work hard to achieve the ideal position, in a total of 21 successful grapevines, and countless attempts! Kristie and Valerie, a big contrast in breast development and wrestling experience, open with the least competitive match. Yet, even Kristie with her advantages is taken by the French bodybuilder three times!

The second match, Ana vs Cathy, is worth the tape price on its own. It is highly competitive, with brutal body and breast claws, scissors, incredible bridges and arm power struggles. Two beauties, champions and rivals, full of vigour and similar build, two proud wrestlers, two dominant women… Neither wants to give. The result is a 3:1 win, and a reluctant loser. No, it is actually 4:1 - because after the result announcement, the fighting is resumed, and yet another brutal grapevine is enforced!

Next was one of the first of Paloma encounters with women. Used to let out with full steam against big, burly men - and breaking them apart - the Spanish bodybuilder was simply afraid to break the doll she was faced with, Tina, 20 kg (44lb) lighter. It shows in the way she goes from one move to the other, applying her holds carefully. After the diminutive girl surprises the big woman, breaks her muscle shield between her iron thighs, then rolls and pins her, enforcing her conquering hold, Paloma does change her mind. The victor’s attitude in the end (magnificently captured by the cameraman) and her erotic and avenging mood in later matches (APL 84 and the peerless APL 67) tell of the importance of this encounter in Paloma’s career with the experienced, sexy and skilful Swede.

The last features a new face (should I say, body?) Sara, a hefty brunette who dares to face the Portuguese champ. How dares she? She does, and she does well. Wrestling experience she does not have, though the way her knee goes straight for Ana’s crotch on the restart of the second period, tells us she is either a natural, or a street-fighter. She uses her leg and thigh power well, and beats Ana’s attacks incessantly, conceding only a limited number of pins. For the viewer, the result is even better, because as the counting restarts a number of times, Sara stays under Ana’s controlling body, with her vulva fully exposed. The film of sweaty that spreads on Ana’s body tells of her genuine effort to keep her heavier and fighting opponent in place.

1st match: The tremendous difference in size and strength between bodybuilder Paloma and game, little Tina made their bouts a bit of a mismatch. This match mirrored their previous bouts with Tina putting up a brave, determined effort before being overwhelmed by the bigger, stronger Paloma.

2nd match: An intense, exhausting struggle matching Ana’s technique versus Cathy’s strength. The 3rd fall saw Ana withstand Cathy’s best efforts to gain a submission enduring a front arm strangle, a forearm to the throat and an (illegal?) choke with the hands without giving up. A very rough, physical match.

3rd match: I think this bout saw Maggie clearly establish her dominance over Sylvia. From the 5th fall on Maggie was in complete control working over Sylvia with a series of arm strangle sleepers and cross arm (judo jacket like) chokes. Great close-ups! The expression on Sylvia’s face as Maggie slowly increased the pressure was worth a thousand words.

4th match: Weilin took control early, winning the first 3 falls. Weilin’s signature hold appears to be a front strangle/straddle. Ana made a late comeback with her own "signature" arm strangle/bodyscissors but, as in an earlier leg/feet strangles match with Weilin (APL79), she had already established an insurmountable lead.

Overall rating for this video: Excellent.

1st match: Crossbody pins, the theme of this match favored Valerie who gained the opening fall bouncing her weight on Ana’s breasts while applying the pin. For the remainder of the bout Ana’s technique triumphed over Valerie’s strength as she swept the next 3 fall. I couldn’t help but notice Valerie "spank" and "claw" Ana’s derriere as she applied the final pin. A last act of defiance on her part?

2nd match: Was something wrong between Ana and Valerie in this match? Were Ana trying to teach Valerie a lesson? In the 3rd fall, as she applied a face straddle pin , Valerie "tapped out" at the count of 4. Ana refused her apparent submission and continued the 10 count. Some of Ana’s later pins combined with breast smother seemed meant to humiliate Valerie as much as gain a fall. I enjoy watching Ana apply her superior wrestling skills to defeat and dominate a strong opponent!

3rd match: The format for this match, judo pins only, is new to me. An elevated camera angle was employed several times during the match. An interesting look but one that made it difficult to move the camera and follow the action. The 30 count was distracting. I prefer either a long pin (2 minutes) or a 10 count with the wrestler on top making the count. Valerie accepted, without much resistance Ana’s first 2 pins. In the succeeding falls she put up much more of a fight even getting Ana in position to apply a few short pin attempts of her own.

Overall rating for this video: Very good.

1st match: Lolita seems tense and nervous as she awaited the start of the match. Her anxiety was well founded as Monica proceeded to put Lolita through 15 minutes of pain and punishment. I’m sure that early in the bout Lolita realized she was no match for the bigger, stronger, more experience Monica. To her credit Lolita never quit or stopped trying, enduring all the punishment Monica could dish out. The painful headscissor’s/armbar Monica applied to take the 6th fall made me wince. Lolita’s a favorite of mine so it was difficult for me to watch what at times was more of a torture sessions than a wrestling match. Good sportswomanship, which I always like to see, displayed by booth ladies at the conclusion of the bout.

2nd match: Maggie is a much stronger, more skillful wrestler then when I last saw her in action for Festelle and WISC/TPC almost a decade ago. Young Sylvia proved no match for the tough, aggressive English mat veteran. In the 4th fall Maggie scraped her elbow as she tumble off the mat. After a break, she returned wearing an elbow pad. After the 5th fall, in which Maggie forced her to submit to a punishing backbreaker/neckstretch (A.K.A."camel clutch" – great photo in the flyer), I think Sylvia resigned herself to Maggie’s superiority. The next fall saw Sylvia meekly accept the 10 count from Maggie’s full length bodypress.

3rd match: Monica put a fascinating demonstration of wrestling skill, applying several holds in combination that are seldom seen in a competitive match. These included, headscissor’s/toehold/armbar(2nd fall); bodyscissor’s/reverse strangle (4th); bodyscissor’s/toehold (5th); and the bodyscissor’s/armbar/chinlock (7th fall) to end the match. An interesting sequence saw Monica ask Sylvia if she was O.K. following the 4th fall. This after she’d punished the brave Sylvia on and on with a brutal bodyscissor’s/reverse strangle! Sylvia had her moments, winning two falls with well applied pins. However, for the most of the bout Monica was in charge.

4th match: After watching Maggie demolish Sylvia, the only question for me going into this match was how much punishment Maggie would choose to dish out and how much pain Lolita would have to endure. Throughout the bout Maggie worked over Lolita with her powerful legs in a series of crushing headscissor’s. A classic sequence in the 3rd fall, Maggie applying a punishing reverse figure 4 headscissor’s for an extended period with Lolita bravely refusing to submit until finally she could take no more. Great close-ups! In the final fall, Lolita stubbed her toe as she stumbled off the mat. I could almost understand if, after the punishment she’d taken and with no hope of winning, Lolita had seized upon this injury as an excuse to end the match. Instead she shook off the pain and returned to the fray only to fall victim to Maggie’s straddle/"straight jacket". Another courageous performance by Lolita. I think that even in defeat she won Maggie’s respect as both women embraced after the match.

5th match: I’m a big fan of Sylvia and have appreciated her efforts on the mat and the great wrestling she’s given us. However, I love Lolita so when she won the 1st fall with a schoolgirl pin I almost felt like standing up and cheering. As the minutes ticked up I found myself pulling for Lolita to finally win her 1st APL match (perhaps her 1st competitive bout ever). Sylvia evened the score was a crossbodypress pin, though replaying the video it appeared Lolita’s shoulder was off the mat at the count of 10. The 3rd fall saw Lolita come close to gaining a pin with another schoolgirl press. A great bridge by Sylvia enable her to avoid the 10 count and escape. More than once Lolita had Sylvia on the brink of submission only to have time expire. A hard but clean fought draw between two of the most beautiful women to ever step onto the mats and wrestle for real.

6th match: I honesty could not pick a winner going into this match. Two strong-willed, athletic, competitive women. At 141 lbs. Monica is at least 15 lbs. lighter than when she wrestled Renata and Jeanne Hunter almost 3 years ago. I don’t believe Monica is as strong now as she was then, apparently sacrificing size and strength for quickness and agility. The intensity of the match was evident as twice Maggie was forced off the mat. A great match between two tough, aggressive and attractive ladies.

Overall rating for this video: Excellent.

First of all, I was very impressed with Ana, owner of APL. Ana is very bright and analytical. Just take a look at how well-organized her Web site is (www.cidadevirtual.pt/aplportugal) and you'll see what I mean. After I sent Ana an email explaining that I enjoy battles between attractive women which a have a clear winner and which include reverse face sits, she strongly recommended APL 87 and 101. It took less than 1 week for the package to arrive in Canada from Portugal.

APL 101 has 4 topless fights, with 6 different ladies including the comely Ana. The video itself has professional graphics and subtitles to introduce and close each bout. My favourite is Monica versus Sylvia. Monica is a 34-year-old black lady from England who weighs in at 141 lbs. Sylvia is a 22 year-old Czech who weighs only 9 lbs less. Both are buxom. The first fall belongs to Sylvia, who plants her big behind on Monica's face. After that fall ends, Monica immediately attacks Sylvia and puts her into a leg scissors. We both hear and see the pain in Sylvia's face. Sylvia is able to get out of the scissors, but is not able to escape Monica who firmly plants her bottom on her foe's belly. Monica bounces her way up Sylvia's body until she arrives in a front face sit. Repeately, Monica uses pushes her weight down on Sylvia's nose. The black lady then reverses the sit and then really pumps on Sylvia's face. At the end of the second fall, Monica immediately gains a neck scissors, which turns into a full nelson and waist scissors combination. The ensuing face sit is even more authoritative than round 2, with Monica bouncing her full weight on Sylvia while applying a leg bar. At the end of the match, Monica rolls the loser onto her back and steps her right foot deeply into Sylvia's belly while pulling and yanking on Sylvia's right arm. No question who the better woman is.

All in all, excellent value. Thanks again to Ana, who helped me to choose bouts that met my tastes.

1st match: I have a lot of respect for Tracey and the courage and integrity she displayed in agreeing to wrestle with Ana. Tracey knew that in terms of size, strength and wrestling skill she was no match for Ana. However she possessed the courage to step onto the mat and give it her best effort. This long 2 minutes face sitting pins match saw Ana in complete and total control throughout. Again and again Tracey’s face disappeared beneath Ana’s lovely derriere. Actually Ana were not as rough on her as she might have been, choosing not to give Tracey the full "bump and grind" treatment or attack her breasts. Tracey accepted Ana’s domination like a woman, without complaint. During the 3rd fall Ana worked both the front and reverse face sitting pin. As time expire Ana continued to remain on top until Tracey passes out.

2nd match: This match seemed very competitive, as Sylvia worked her way on top, applied a front facesit and proceeded, much to Monica’s discomfort to really "rub it in". An angry Monica obtained on Sylvia’s upturned face, showing the Czech girl who was the "boss". I don’t think I’ve seen a more punishing face sitting pin as again and again Monica slammed her crotch and butt down onto Sylvia’s face. Switching to a reverse face sit Monica put Sylvia’s nose in a place I’m sure she didn’t want it to be for the remainder of the pin. The 3rd fall was more of the same as Monica worked over Sylvia with a series of punishing holds. Finally, with Sylvia pleading "no more", Monica got on top and assumed the face sit position. If Monica was rough while applying the pin in the previous fall then she was positively brutal this time, bouncing and slamming her weight down onto Sylvia’s face. I felt great sympathy for Sylvia as Monica seemed to be enjoying a bit to much (if you know what I mean!), the punishment and humiliation she was dishing out.

3rd match: As fiercely competitive a long face sitting pins match as I’ve ever seen. Breast attacks and hairpulling combined with the rivalry that had developed between Tracey and Sharon in their previous bouts made for a combustible situation. Sharon used some vicious hairpulling and a smothering facesitting pin to take the 1st fall. Tracey’s pleas of "I can’t breathe", were muffled by Sharon’s crotch. Great close-ups! Tracey gained the front face sitting pin as both women resorted to painful hairpulling. Tracey decided to pinch Sharon’s nipples, much to her opponent discomfort, while taking the 2nd fall. The final fall became a battle of Tracey’s face sitting pin and painful nipple pinching versus Sharon’s cruel, vicious hairpulling. It was a battle Tracey lost, tearfully sobbing her submission. Seeing Tracey hurt and the tears on her eyes at the end of the bout, remind me that wrestling is a rough "game" and I guess there is no way to take the pain and punishment out of the sport.

4th match: If the previous bout was one of the roughest face sitting pins matches I’ve ever seen then this was one of the most erotic. Maggie was very arrogant and vocal in the opening fall really "rubbing it in", forcing Lolita to endure what I’m sure was a suffocating and humiliating face sit pin. I was glad to see Lolita give Maggie a "taste of her own medicine" in the next fall, showing what she’d learned from her mentor Robin while "riding" Maggie’s nose for over 2 minutes. The final fall saw an angry Maggie gain revenge on Lolita. Assuming the top position and applying an endless reverse face sitting pin Maggie now put Lolita’s nose in a place I’m sure the beautiful blonde did not want it to be. Great close-ups once again!

Overall rating for this video: Excellent.

1st match: Maggie continue her dominance of Sylvia. Sylvia’s moment of glory, winning the 3rd fall with a reverse neckscissor, was shortlived. Maggie quickly assumed command in the next fall with a long punishing reverse figure 4 neckscissor’s of her own. Excellent close-ups! The remainder of the match was a torture session with Maggie in the role of dominatrix and Sylvia her unwilling victim. Maggie’s admonition to Sylvia to "be submissive" (6th fall) tells the story of this bout.

2nd match: Another brave effort by Lolita against the bigger, stronger more experience Monica. Lolita displayed a lot of courage and determination in the final fall. Hopelessly behind in points she stubbornly refused to submit as Monica pressed down on the blonde’s throat with her knee.

3rd match: "Out of the frying pan and into the fire" best describes Lolita’s plight of having to take on Maggie right after having been "put through the mill" by Monica. I was happy to see Lolita win the 2nd fall, forcing Maggie to submit to a reverse headscissor’s. The rest of the match saw Maggie in control, digging her heel into Lolita’s throat to take the 4th fall and working over the blonde’s breasts with a foot press during the penalty session.

4th match: Once again, it was "business as usual" with Monica in control and dishing out the punishment for most of the match. After losing the 4th through 8th falls Sylvia, perhaps angered by Monica’s taunts ("she’s useless") came back with a vengeance to win the 9th fall (headscissor’s/armbar). The final fall saw Monica punishing Sylvia with a headscissor’s/hammerlock, continuing to work her over after the final bell.

5th match: Sylvia and Lolita shaking hands before the start of the match was perhaps a sign of the empathy they felt toward each other. At this point I think both knew that in any match with Maggie or Monica they each were doomed to be punished and dominated. Only in their bouts with each other did they have a reasonable chance of winning. This was a hard fought match with excellent "down on the mat" wrestling. For Sylvia a close, well deserved win. For Lolita a heartbreaking loss. Lolita has certainly felt the agony of defeat many, many times. I would like to see her, at least once. Experience the trill of victory.

6th match: Once more, as in the competitive tournament, it came down to Maggie and Monica for the championship. Rough tactics from both women (hairpulling, refusal to break after a submission, arm strangles). On a couple of occasions Maggie bent (broke) the rules and had to pay the penalty. In both instances it didn’t effect the outcome of the match as Monica was unable to gain a submission after being allowed to apply the hold of her choice. The final fall saw Maggie put a punctuation point on her victory. Applying a face straddle/figure 4 headscissor’s to gain the submission, Maggie turned the hold into a humiliating face sit smother, really grinding it in as only she can do.

First of all I have to say that I'm an happy long time customer of APL Portugal, a company run by Ms. Ana, who is also a wrestler. I'm very happy that another female wrestling fan introduce me to APL and now I think that it's my turn to do the same to others.

For those who aren't aware of her or her company, I'll start with a small a note about her customer's service. As always since I started buying from her 3 years ago, APL's service is impeccable. I recently bought 2 of her newest tapes and I would like to share my comments with all of you:

The first match (Ana Vs Tina) shows perhaps Tina's best effort ever on APL mats. Ana's advantages in size and strength and superior wrestling skills were to much for game little Tina to overcome but it is a very enjoyable match.

The second match (Ana Vs Monica) starts with the black girl controlling the action. Following her usual strategy, Ana withstood all the punishment her opponent could "dish out". Of course once Ana have securely applied one of her signature holds (arm strangle, juji-gatame) it's only a matter of how much pain and punishment her opponent is willing and able to accept before "tapping out". In Monica's case this turned out to be quite a bit as the English girl bravely (foolishly?) resisted to Ana's arm strangle (sleeper) for a long time in the 1st fall. Monica, coughing and gasping, complained she was "going to be sick".

The third match (Ana Vs Maggie) is unique! Maggie is a very experienced and strong wrestler and this is a true battle of titans. I've read somewhere that Maggie didn't lost any competitive match against women for the last 5 years or so but like so many other excellent wrestlers before (Kristie Etzold-USA, Andreia-Brasil, Paloma-Spain, Weilin-France, Robin-USA, Klaudia-Slovak Rep., Cathy-France, Monica-England, etc, etc) she had to submit to Ana's superior skills.

The fourth match (Ana Vs Andreia) is one of the best matches I ever had the chance of seeing! Ana faced this giant who appears to be the Brazilian heavyweight champion. It is the most rough, intense, physical competitive wrestling, one can expect. It doesn't get any better than this! A bonus for all of us is that Andreia wrestles topless presenting her natural giant boobs!

I'm a recent customer of APL and I'm only interested on mixed videos. APL only has 5 mixed videos and I already bought them all. Here are my comments of the latest one that they released.

This new video presents a format that I never saw before. They call it a "Loser-out" format. This "Loser-Out" format, featuring two ladies and a gentleman, should be of interest to both fans of women's wrestling and mixed matches. It presents straight competitive wrestling: 2 wrestlers in the mats, the one who submits or gets pinned goes out and the third one comes in. I obviously focused my attention on the mixed parts.

On the first match, featuring Ana, Cathy and José, I specially loved when Ana punched José "below the belt"!. I also loved to see Ana applying a figure 4 headscissor's/armbar punishing José in the opening fall. It reminded me of her earlier competitive bout with José (APL20 – the best mixed match I've ever seen). Later in the match Ana clamped on your juji-gatame and warmed José, "I can break your arm". While Cathy had Ana pleading, "careful with my arm", as she bent Ana's elbow joint with an armbar. In the end the two ladies stuck together ganging up on poor (?) José. Cathy's sexy, erotic black suit really complemented her magnificent physique especially her muscular, well-defined back and firm buttocks. Did I say poor José?

On the second match, featuring Lolita, Sylvia and José, my impression was that José put forth less than his best effort while both Sylvia and Lolita went "all out" against José and each other. On several occasions José maintained his face sit pin on Lolita after the 10 count or her submission. Lolita's anger late in the match when José continued to punish and humiliate her with a folding face sit pin after she'd tapped out at the count of 6 seemed quite real! A female (not appearing in front of the cameras) acted as referee for this bout counting for the pins, confirming the submissions and encouraging the wrestler's (usually Sylvia or Lolita or both to punish José). I thought she did an excellent job and her comments add a lot of excitement to this already exciting match. I hope that APL uses this same concept more often. The end of the bout saw poor José being squeezed by the lovely legs of two beautiful ladies. Did I say poor José?

I'll finish this review with the rate, by decreasing order, of the 5 mixed videos APL has already released:

APL20 (undoubtedly the best one), APL104, APL81, APL54 and APL39 (this one is very poor!)

Last but not the least, I would like to share with all fans that I become APL's customer after being informed of their special for new customers. I bought my first 4 videos for only 100 USD and they accept credit cards.

On the first match, down 2-0, Lolita came back to win the 3rd fall with a punishing headscissors and sensual breast massage (sensual for Lolita and the spectators, humiliating for Sylvia). After evening the score at 2-2, I hoped I might finally see Lolita win one. Unfortunately after another valiant effort the lovely Lolita could not "close the deal" falling victim to Sylvia's powerful thighs in the 5th fall. Sylvia's head-scissors combined with some painful hair-pulling forced Lolita to tap-out just before the "final bell". Did I notice some "hard feeling" between these two ladies at the conclusion of the match?

On the second match, by losing to Sylvia, Lolita was required to take on the strong, tough, arrogant Maggie who took great pleasure in taunting the beautiful blonde both physically and verbally throughout the match. The punishing effect of Maggie's powerful bodyscissors were evident by the "red glow" on Lolita's lower back and midsection. Excellent close-up view of Lolita and her predicament as Maggie clamped on a reverse headscissors and squeezed out a second submission (shades of Kristie's signature hold!). In the 3rd fall, I was overjoyed to see Lolita squeeze some of that arrogance out of Maggie. However, my joy was short-lived as Maggie punished and dominated Lolita throughout the final fall applying what might be described as a bodyscissors/straight jacket for the submission. Lolita was very angry at Maggie for continuing the punishment and humiliation after she'd tapped out and time expired.

On the third match, Maggie was not interested in Sylvia's offer of a pre-match handshake. Reminded me of a pro wrestling scenario with Maggie in the role of the vileness ("heel") and Sylvia as the heroine ("baby-face"). The attire; Maggie's red, black trimmed lingerie and Silvia's white lace thong and armlet tended to reinforce this impression. Maggie dominated with Sylvia assuming or being forced to accept a submissive role. Maggie seemed to "toy" with Sylvia in the opening fall once again, as she had versus Lolita, applying a bodyscissors/straight jacket (her signature hold?). Maggie got rougher in the next fall punishing Sylvia with a bearhug under the brunette's big, beautiful, natural breasts. Her face straddle/headscissors had Sylvia pleading for mercy ("please"). Great close-up! Sylvia won the 4th fall (bodyscissors/chinlock) with Maggie once again tapping out rather quickly. Maggie pretended to be hurt, "playing possum", luring Sylvia into a trap, catching her off guard. After dominating and punishing Sylvia for the remainder of the match, Maggie assumed a final, humiliating foot on her opponents head, victory pose. Maggie loves to win, dominate and humiliate her opponents!

I'll start my review by stating that I'm a fan of face-sitting and I only buy this type of videos. On the past years I had several disagreement with Ms. Ana, regarding her face-sitting videos, but it was worth while! Nowadays APL are producing the best face-sitting videos of the market, and APL101 and this new video APL106 are good examples of it.

The first match presents an excellent competitive wrestling with a face sitting pin format. I really admire Ana, for agreeing to face the huge Andreia (she has the biggest butt I ever saw!) on a match like this! The rules obviously favored the much heavier Andreia (82 lbs. heavier!!!). The best face-sitting competitive match I ever witnessed! Please use Andreia again on this type of matches, Ana!

In the opening fall of the second match, Monica didn't seem as rough while applying the face sit pin as she'd been with Sylvia (APL101). The 2nd fall saw Lolita take a turn on top, enjoying herself while "playing" Monica's stomach like a bongo drum. Monica took her revenge on the blonde beauty with punishing bodydrops, a breast smother and a face sitting pin in which she gave Lolita the full "bump and bounce" treatment. Not satisfied, Monica applied a suffocating "sitting" face sit that had Lolita gasping ("oh god") for air.

On the third match, while Ana stayed on Sharon's face for virtually the entire bout, she paid a painful price as Sharon viciously pulled and yanked Ana's hair thoughout the match. To my big surprise, Ana wasn't able to control Sharon's arms to prevent her from pulling her hair and squeezing her breasts. To be honest, I'm delighted that she didn't control Sharon's arms, because like that we can see some of the fiercest hair-pulling and breast attacks APL ever released!

On the final match, Maggie, who loves to dominate, used this format to punish and humiliate her opponent physically, mentally and, dare I say, sexually. Sylvia certainly took great pleasure "riding" Maggie's face. "Just enjoy it", taunted Sylvia as she rubbed her derriere back and forth over Maggie's upturned face. The face sit pin Maggie applied in the final fall (face squat might be a more accurate description) saw Sylvia forced to accept the humiliation of Maggie's womanhood sensually rubbed into her face. Maggie certainly enjoyed the top position (did she achieved an orgasm?). If she did I can't blame her! In this type of match isn't that the idea? One of the best face-sitting sequences ever filmed!

The first match (Ana Vs Maggie) may not have been 100% competitive, but the holds applied and the resulting punishment was real. Actually it seems to me that on this exciting wrestling action the wrestlers frequently endure more pain and punishment than in competitive matches. One almost acrobatic – like sequence saw Ana, in a great display of strength, standup while Maggie applied a figure 4 head-scissors! At the conclusion of the match Maggie continued to dominate, pressing the callused sole of her foot down onto Ana's face and throat. Was this another example of Maggie famous "non-sportive" attitudes?

The second match (Ana Vs Tracey) shows Ana completely dominating the brave but overmatched Tracey. Ana ends in style by rendering Tracey unconscious. Fans of real KO's, this match is for you!

On the third match (Ana Vs Monica) both wrestlers worked hard providing some rough, physical wrestling. The referee's comment, "this is wrestling not playing chess", seems appropriate in describing this tough action.

The fourth match (Ana Vs Andreia) belongs to "another galaxy of wrestling" and by himself perfectly justifies the entire price of this video! I couldn't help but notice the contrast between the intensity of this match and the 3 previous bouts. Which isn't to say these bouts weren't physically demanding, it's just that on an intensity scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the least intense and 10 the most, this match between Ana and Andreia is a 10+!!! An absolute must have for any wrestling fan!

As a fan I really I find latex outfits exciting, but I have this doubt: is a latex outfit comfortable to wrestle in or hot and confining? Of course I notice it was rather chilly in the gym with everyone bundled up in sweaters and sweat pants between matches, but I imagine latex outfits can become too hot, especially on hot matches like these!

On the first match, black Monica gave Ana a taste of her big hands, covering Ana's mouth and nose and preventing her from breathing from long periods of time! Ana replied with her own weapons and Monica also suffered a lot and really gasped for hair!

On the second match, once again Maggie emerged victorious over Monica. Before viewing the match, I assumed Monica to be the "better woman". However, Maggie proved without a doubt to be the stronger, more skillful wrestler.

On the last match. another rough confrontation between Ana and Maggie with angry accusation and rules bent and broken (especially by Maggie). The end of the bout saw Maggie attempt to smother Ana with her armpit after time had expired.

The first match presents a fast paced, physically demanding match which saw the usually defensive minded Klaudia at her most aggressive. Terrific comeback by Klaudia from a 2-0 deficit to gain a draw. Actually, I'd give Klaudia the win "on points" since she spent more time on top and in control. I've always wondered, how does Klaudia make the heart design on her right thigh?

On the second match, Valerie's injured knee left her at Weilin's "not so tender" mercy. More than once it appeared that Val wanted to tap out before the 10 count. However, Weilin would not accept her submission continuing to work the crossbodypress while punishing Val's right arm/elbow with a brutal double wristlock/armbar. Another lesson in domination from Weilin, who many consider the most underrated woman wrestler on today's wrestling scene.

On the last match, Lolita had difficulty with her erotic attire; the suspenders slipping off her shoulder's, the thong riding up into her crotch (I loved to see it!). Not the kind of distractions one wants when facing a tough, strong opponent like Monica. The 4th fall was a humiliating experience for Lolita as she was required to count her own pin. Lolita's anger and frustration, along with the discomfort of Monica's weight pressing down on her chest, was so intense that I can felt it inside me! The result was no surprise, a decisive win for Monica . However, once again I nothing but respect and admiration for Lolita and the courage she displayed in this, and all, her matches. To paraphrase the referee, she takes it like a woman!
