I enjoy following a healthy and active lifestyle that enables me to feel both mentally and physically fit!

Fat – 0 – 5 grams (extra virgin olive oil, flaxseed oil, EFA's)

I am thankful to have such a great husband who supports me and helps me with my workout and diet program
