She says that she's small and tough. She's 5'5" (5'10" in heels) and 160 pounds, contest weight 130 pounds. Biceps 15 1/2, quads 25, calves 15 1/2. Maybe she's not so small, after all. She's big enough, as these pictures show you.
Michelle lives in New York, and does semi-competitive and fantasy wrestling, lifts and carries, and muscle worship. She's been doing this for five years now, so she's very experienced, and knows exactly what to do. And she enjoys it, and it shows. Which is part of the reason why she's very much in demand. Her good looks help, of course.
Of course, the training regime is hard, but she loves to train. And after the contest, she admits that she loves a good feed. Hamburgers, fries and ketchup; pancakes and real maple syrup, and muffins.
