Stacy Hylton
This former gymnast and cheerleader made the jump to fitness competitions about three years ago and her star has been on the rise ever since. After paying her dues as an amateur, she was finally rewarded for her efforts when she won first place in the medium class at the 2000 NPC Nationals (and she probably deserved the overall).
In her first IFBB professional event, the Jan Tana, she earned a ninth-place finish against some very well-established veterans and her routine was clearly one of the top five in the competition.
Stacy works as a strength and conditioning coach at UCF and we're pleased to announce that she will now be a regularly featured columnist for FemSport. Welcome aboard, Stacy!
