Karina Nascimento is the 2000 NPC Ironmaiden HW & Overall champion. She is a personal trainer in Ft. Worth, Texas and is sponsored by Smoothie Factory. She recently captured the heavyweight and overall titles at the 2001 Women's Extravaganza.
