Kandace is a 20-year-old competitive NPC bodybuilder living in Houston, Texas. She recently took first place overall in the novice women's heavyweight division at the 2007 NPC texas State Championships. In addition to fitness modeling, Kandace works in real estate and investing. She is 5'5" and weighs around 170 lbs. during the offseason.
